How to enable social notes on the free plan?

    Hi! I’m wondering if and when the social notes feature will be available on the free plan? I just tried enabling a social media platform, but I can’t find the social menu for notes anywhere.

    This is a feature with the latest Jetpack app so I understand if it’s gonna take months for it to be available on the free plan.

    Thank you for reaching out! Currently, the Social Notes feature is in beta and is exclusively accessible through the Jetpack Social plugin, which you can use if you upgrade to a plugin-enabled plan.

    While there’s a possibility that the Jetpack team will integrate this feature into WordPress.com in the future once it’s out of beta, we cannot provide a definite timeline for when or if that will occur.
