How to enable user registration

    Hello,

    Being new to WP, I’m trying to enable the setting that will allow visitors to register and create their own account. For the life of me, I cannot find this setting. I’ve looked around the Forums, Support page and Google. Nothing…

    On Google I saw a post where someone was stating that I could set this setting in WP admin > Options > General. The problem is that the UI seems to be changed. I cannot find Options in WP admin.

    Any ideas? Thanks!
