How to enable users to report inapropriate comments on "Untitled"?

  Dear all of you, I would like to enable my users to report inapropriated or advertisment like comments posted on my blog. There is a plugin for that purpose on WP.org, is this possible on WP.com?

  Hi Toma – We don’t have a feature to allow readers to report inappropriate comments, but you can adjust your settings to moderate all comments:
