How to enlarge "leave comments" line at the bottom of a post?

  Hi,

  Sorry, I’m a Newbie….

  At the bottom of my posts, it says “Posted in (menu choice) on August 18, 2014. Leave a comment”
  You can click on the “Leave a comment” part, but I don’t think it is very visible.

  This is a problem for me because I encourage comments, and this line is in gray and rather small. How to I put in a box or something that invites comments?
