how to enter a method to pay for my wordpress hosting account

  I want to change the payment method for my wordpress hosting account. I deleted the old payment method, but I do not see any way to add a payment method.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Have you checked out My Upgrades from the Dashboard -> Store? These support documents might help you through the process:
