How to enter private web site 'My Site' steps?

    I’m a newbie with a private web site on Word Press. Is there an easier way to tell my Invited Contributors to enter my web site to view my home page other than these 3 steps: click on ‘My Site’ , ‘Stats’, & then the little house in the circle appears so they can ‘Visit’ web site?
