How to enter subtitle for the Blog Titile

  I have created a blog using WordPress.com and have not saved the files locally on my machine. I am beginner at wordpress but know the bits of CSS and HTML. Now my problem is – how to give subtitle to blog title?
  And if anybody can then please explain me on how to customize the css as the pages are stored virtually not locally on my machine.

  Hi there!

  You can add a Subtitle/Tagline to your blog through your Settings -> General page here: https://smitaanjali.wordpress.com/wp-admin/options-general.php
  – Enter your desired subtitle in the tagline field below the site title field.
  – Then click “Save Changes” at the bottom of the page.
