How to enter text on the front page of harmonic template

  Hi,
  I can’t find the way to enter text in the front page, I’ve just enter the text doing a new page, all the text go in the third step, what about the second?
  and the last one?
  Hope anyone can help me

  From the Harmonic demo page Setting Up Your Front Page:
  The Front Page Template features five sections:

  1. Title: Displays your site’s title and tagline. If you opt for a Site Logo, it will be displayed instead of the site title.
  2. News: Displays your latest posts.
  3. Page: Displays the page title and content from the Front Page Template.
  4. Widgets: A special widget area only displayed on the front page.
  5. Portfolio Front: If you have a portfolio, your most recent projects are displayed here.

  what about the second?

  The second section displays just the title and date of your latest posts.

  and the last one?

  The fifth section display your portfolio projects. I noticed several weeks ago that the project titles don’t display as is shown on the Harmonic theme support page. The Harmonic demo doesn’t display this section.
  I tried excerpts on both a project and a post, but they do not display on the front page template page.

  Only the featured images of the portfolio projects display in the fifth section of the front page template.
