How to “escape” from permalinks?

  • Unknown's avatar

    Hi everyone.
I would like to ask you something I couldn’t find around the web.

I have wordpress installed on my server, and I would like to implement a store on myserver.com/store.

However, when I put an index.php file on /store, the website tries to find a wordpress page from my main website (i’m using permalink)!!

How can I avoid this problem? I want to have another application on that folder without disabling my main website permalink settings.

Has anyone faced this issue? I would appreciate any help!

    thanks,
    Dvd Franco

Since you are self-hosted you need to inquire over at http://wordpress.ORG/support/ which is where the self-hosted version of wordpress is supported.
