how to exclude a page in a widget

  i want to exclude a page in a widget, and it is asked to give the ID of the page, where can i find this ID of a page ?

  you will see on the left the list “Rubriques” with “Accueil” and “Belezy 2014”
  i want to exclude “Accueil” from this list
