how to export media?

  one of my authors uploaded media the wrong way (not using the Videopress subscription for this purpose) and I need to transfer it. I queried the help system,but the help provided for exporting media does not match what I see on my blog.

  How can I do this, for real?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Hi. To better assist you, could you please give us a link to the media you want to “transfer” from one blog to the other?

  Perhaps my question is not clear enough. I do not want to transfer media from one blog to another. I want to export it to my local machine so that I can upload it correctly with Videopress, back to the same blog. I can’t give you a link because the blog is private to a class of students, and the videos (knitting techniques) are not to be shared with the public because the class is very expensive.

  If you go to the video and click on the “Share” button on the top right corner, you should find an option called “download video – H264”. See here for an example.

  This being said, it is customary to ask for the address of the blog here, even if it’s private, because oftentimes people ask at WordPress.com when in fact the blog is self-hosted and uses WordPress.org.

  Thanks, this helped a lot. Apparently the videos were uploaded correctly but not embedded in the post right.
