How to export my theme?

  I have succeeded to export the files from my old wordpress blog to my new one. But the theme doesn’t work there? Do I have to Install it separately to my new wordpress blog? How do I do that? Please tell me step by step how to do

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Adding: The old blog is norrskensfoto.wordpress.com The new one is now under my domain http://www.norrskensfoto.se. I have bought a theme to my old blog and want to have it on my new. How to do?
