How to export the email addresses of "Follow Blog Widget" ?

  How to export the email adresses from Follow Blog ? I use the wordpress.com blog ( http://imcradiodotnet.wordpress.com ) . There I have setup the “Follow Blog Widget” (this one: http://en.support.wordpress.com/widgets/follow-blog-widget/ ).

  By numbers it shows me, that 4,092 are following the blog… question: As I like to do a backup of all contacts to be safe, that I dont loose them, how can I export all contacts ?

  And 2nd question: I have round about 3,700 email addresses coming from Facebook (as friends)….. I like to invite all to follow my blog directly with subscribing the upper named widget. How to import all email addresses ?

  You can’t. The number of followers is just there for information. And the reason that email addresses are given is for security purposes not so that we can use them for our own purposes (or even for backup).
