How to export the settings stored in database

    Hi there. I have a master wp site and several (hundreds) clones generated from this master site and these clones have different contents. The theme and plugins are same (cloned from master). Each clone has its own db and own wp folder.

    I want to upgrade all these sites to wp4.1. My plan is to update the master site and export the updates with a bash script. For the wp directory, this is easy. But for the database, I need to find a way for import and export the effects of 4.1 update on database.

    Any suggestions for this?
