how to extract all the text from a whole blog

  is there any way to get all the text i wrote, from the whole blog?

  i have more than 100 posts, and i make changes to them often. so to copy and paste every post to a docx file, is a lot of work.

  the text is in the xml file that i export, is there any way to get it as text file?
  i dont know anything about programing.

  Perhaps the quickest way is to convert the xml file to a pdf or word file using a service like Blogbooker.
