How to find a licence number

    Hello, I hope someone can help.

    Unfortunately upgrading to a new version of wordpress has affected the Fusion Page builder tool and removed the Avada Theme registration from our site.

    To fix this we need to locate where the theme was purchased and grab the licence number and re-enter.

    The problem is we have no record of where it was purchased and who by.

    How can I get around this. How can I obtain the number required as I need to make changes to our site and cannot without this.

    Hi there,

    Your site is not hosted on WordPress.com, but using the open source WordPress.org software at another hosting provider. We cannot help with this in the WordPress.com forums.

    Without a link to your site we have no way of telling you who that hosting provider might be, and we have no way at all of knowing where you bought that theme. All I can tell you is that you didn’t buy it from us.
