How to find a theme similar Big Blue?

The Big Blue theme is not working on Mobile Devices since it is not updated.
What theme looks similar Big Blue but has all updating?

What is the URL of the site you are referencing? Is the site hosted with us on WordPress.com?

I could not show the URL because the site is private.
It hosted on Cloudflare.
It work fine with default Twenty Thirteen theme but I don’t like how this is looks like.
I could try by myself all other free default themes but it is time consuming and not always bring the best result.
Are the any free regularly updated themes for family website that could be recommended?
