How to find functions.php

  I would like to edit my theme so that I can add footer paging. But I cant find the functions.php. So im wondering if there anouther way to add numeric pagination on my blog without plugin.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  You won’t find functions.php on WordPress.com blogs, we are not able to access the code for security of the platform. You can access the code on a self-hosted WordPress.org blog. Differences are explained here – https://en.support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/

  You may already know the above, just making it clear.

  As for “add numeric pagination”, I didn’t understand what you mean, perhaps you’d be kind enough to clarify, then I may be able to answer or one of the others here may if I cannot.
