how to find my wordpress.com business web site?

    good morning. Thanks for the reply
    Let me explain my situation. I am a health professional. I wanted to build a website to offer free audio, video and text based advice on child health in Tamil language. Initially i registered the name of the website as child health today and i was allotted the a free blog site with the login name as [redacted]., Later i realized that, for a website to fulfill all my ambitious ideas i need a business website at word press .com
    I paid through my credit card on 9 th april . 2019 in Indian Rupees.I received a SMS from my bankers -corporation bank Erode India that a transaction of Rs 9600 (one year business plan in indian rupees) has been done using my credit card [redacted], SAN FRANSCISCOUS at 15.04 hrs
    This is the only proof i have with me that i own childhealthtoday at wordpress .com as business website.
    I didn’t receive any confirmation e mail from wordpress .com business site .
    So, in short , though i paid for a business site , i do not have a confirmation or the website address.
    can you sort out things for me?

    You can check
    https://wordpress.com/plans/my-plan/childhealthtoday.wordpress.com to find which plan is upgraded on your site.

    Also tagging MODLOOK to this thread so staff can help you with this issue.

    The site you paid for is owned by a different account than the one you’re currently using to contact us.

    In order to regain access to your other WordPress.com account, we’ll need you to fill our Account Recovery form:

    On this form, you can provide certain pieces of information, under Proof of Ownership, to verify that you are the owner of the account in question.

    Please do not post any transaction information in this public forum. Use the form I linked above.

    i checked my account.Though i received the SMS from the bank, it seems that the credit card transaction hasn’t been completed. I do not have a transaction code or the key . If payment has not been made, i would like to retain the website with thechildhealthtoday.com domain name.

    Hi Selvan,

    The domain, thechildhealthtoday.com, does not appear to be registered.

    The transaction details you provided before is for the purchase of the domain, childhealthtoday.com, which is a completely different domain, and which belongs to a different account than the one you’re using to post here.

    The payment has been completed, and you provided us with the transaction ID in your original post in this thread. We have just removed that info from your original post for security reasons.

    Please submit that same transaction ID in the account recovery form, and we’ll be able to help you regain access to the correct account.
