How to find out the owner of a subdomain

  Dear Sirs, there’s a domain which slanders a german company calling goldbarters because he’s a competitor. The Domain doesn’t have an imprint or any other contact details, not suprising and you can’t reach anyone, to stop this, because the informations on that site are wrong.

  How can we find out the owner of the domain…..

  isn’t it possible, that anyone can create a website and write down anything which is abusive ? …..and you can’t reach him to stop this, because there’s no possibility to find out the person who has created these website ??? unbelievable…

  It is possible for anyone to create a website that says anything. That is the nature of the internet. WordPress.com has setup certain guidelines. These allow for you to file the complaint as a I mentioned above. Had this person just started up a self-hosted site somewhere, this recourse would not have been open to you.
