Neither site is hosted by wordpress.COM and we do not provide support for them. We do not provide support for your site either.
None of those sites are on our WordPress.COM servers. You are posting to the wrong support forum.
WordPress.COM and WordPress.ORG are completely separate and have different username accounts, logins, features, run different versions of some themes with the same names, and have separate support documentation and separate support forums. Read the differences here http://en.support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/
This is wordpress.COM support. We provide support only for wordpress.COM hosted sites. Our support docs do not apply to
(1) local installs of wordpress.ORG software on your own server or
(2) wordpress.ORG software installs on paid hosting, and we do not provide support for them at wordpress.COM.
(3) sites linked to wordpress.COM accounts with the Jetpack plugin so they display on the My Sites wordpress.com account page. The wordpress.ORG login link is here https://login.wordpress.org/ If you do not have an account yet then click Create an account https://login.wordpress.org/register/ and if you have lost an account password click Lost password? https://login.wordpress.org/lostpassword/
Some Jetpack solutions are here http://jetpack.com/support/
Others are in the Jetpack support forum at WordPress.org
http://wordpress.org/support/plugin/jetpackHowever, if help cannot be found at either one then they can file a Jetpack support ticket here > http://en.support.wordpress.com/contact/?jetpack=needs-service
WordPress.org support docs are at https://codex.wordpress.org/Main_Page
See also https://apps.wordpress.org/support/ for app support. -
Hi Jamile, that site is using a custom theme. You can find one-page themes on WordPress.com here:
https://wordpress.com/themes/filter/one-page
If you need further help, just let us know.
p.s. there are some online tools to detect what theme a WordPress site is running, for example:
http://whatwpthemeisthat.com/
http://www.wpthemedetector.com/
http://scanwp.net/ -
Thanks Kathryn
I have already tried all these tools but they all say the same thing:“The Site … doesn’t seem to be built with WordPress”
“… does not appear to be a WordPress site”
“It was not possible to detect the WordPress theme in…, although WordPress was detected in that website.”

You won’t be able to find that theme available to the public for free download or for sale. As timethief explained, it was developed as a custom theme for the company by a web development agency. That’s why it’s not being recognized by the tools.
If you’re looking to run the WordPress software on your own hosting (self-hosted) you could consider hiring a web developer to create something similar for you. If you want to create a site here on WordPress.com, you can choose from the themes in our collection.
If you’re not sure about the differences between WordPress.com and self-hosted (WordPress.org) sites, you can learn more here:

Ah okay, now is more clear. Thank you again for your help! I am pretty new so I am learning.
I have just one more question…
I am going to build a website for a client with a theme available for sale.
But I don’t now if I am hosting with my own account wordpress (and after transfert to them) or if I should create a new one for them directly. -
If you’re referring to a WordPress.com account, one route that might be convenient is to create a separate user account for them from the start, use that account during development, and then transfer that account over to them after the site launches.
