How to find out who own PermaLiv.WordPress.org?

The name PermaLiv was created by me back in 2010. It was a completely new name in the history of the world. I’ve been blogging at Blogger under PermaLiv since 2010.
Now I start my own company named PermaLiv. I reserved PermaLiv.com, but see somebody has occupied PermaLiv.WordPress.com. This domain is not in use. How can I contact the person having this domain? I should like to ask if I can get it back, as the name was created by me, and I want to put blogposts in WordPress here.

The address permaliv.wordpress.com cannot be registered. Sorry, that site is reserved for the person with the matching users name account https://en.forums.wordpress.com/profile/permaliv
If that username account is yours and if you check each and every possible email address and are not successful gaining access then you must complete the form for account recovery at this link https://en.wordpress.com/wp-login.php?action=recovery and submit it to the Account Recovery Staff, and provide proof ownership, so they can contact you by email ie. not on these public support forums, which are available to everyone with internet access.
Staff cannot violate the privacy policy and provide the email address of for that username account and they will not approach anyone as a go between.
You cannot register a site URL that has already been registered and there is no expiration date on any on .wordpress.com blog URLs unused, reserved or otherwise. Note that in these cases the blog’s owner rarely responds to comments if they are open or to contact information on the site but you can try that if you wish to.

On your link it’s written: “permaliv. Member Since September 22, 2008 (8 years)”.
I invented the word PermaLiv in 2010. Does this mean somebody invented the word in 2008, 2 years before I did?
