How To FInd Out Who Owns Dashboard?
-
There was recently a change of employees who manage our blog, and we’re having trouble updating our credit card information. When we click on the Update Payment Information via the email, we log in and then are taken to a message that says we do not have permission to view the dashboard.
Is there anyway to find out who owns the dashboard or to request control so that we can get this paid?
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

That’s a wordpress.ORG software install that we do not provide support for. That site is not hosted by wordpress.com and our support doc do not apply to it. You are posting to the wrong support forum to get help with that site.
