  i want to change page.php (to disable comments), but i cant find page.php

  Please review this guide to learn how to enable and disable comments on your WordPress.com blog.
  Changing the page.php file is only possible at self-hosted WordPress.org installations.
  To clear up any confusion, WordPress.com and WordPress.org are two different entities.
