  thanks..but I am confused..I was on a chat this am with them..I have a paid site thru WordPress.org and want to switch to WordPress.com.. the person I chatted with was very helpful. and I have more questions..If I sign up for the basic plan at WordPress.com will chat be available? he said they aways are…thanks…
