Hello again! :)
An iCal is directly embeddable in a WordPress.com site, but you can sync your iCal account with a Google Calendar and embed that into WordPress.com.
Here are the instructions to embed via Google Calendar:
https://en.support.wordpress.com/google-calendar/Notice the section called, “Syncing iCal with Google Calendar.”
Give that a try, and let me know how it works out! Thanks much.

Hi again! :)
Thanks for the link, I already checked it, and actually, there’s something I don’t get.
I added the widget ‘événements à venir’ (which should probably be ‘next events’ I guess), and it says I have to put the iCalendar url (which is why I’m looking for it, I don’t even know how it’s gonna look like once it works). And then, on the link you sent me, in the section “Syncing iCal with Google Calendar”, just at the beginning, it says
Although we don’t currently offer a way to embed iCal
.
I’m a bit lost weither what I can do or not.
I managed to sync iCal with Google Calendar but I don’t really like the appearance. You can have a look on the homepage, bottom sidebar on the website.
https://mingotwo.wordpress.com/Thanks again for your help!
(actually if I could get the same calendar made for the articles blog for the theme, it would be perfect but I don’t think that’s possible, the one we can see here for example https://creativethemedemo.wordpress.com/portfolio/gillian-photography/)

You could setup that blog on your site using the Calendar widget shown here:
However, that’s a bit different than what I believe you’re looking for. That calendar widget will highlight days where you’ve posted to your site, not events on your calendar.

Yep! You can definitely do this. To get the iCal link for the Upcoming Events widget, you’ll want to follow the steps listed here:
Can you give those a try? Let me know if you get stuck at any point!

Hi,
Thanks a lot for your answer. I tried the iCal link on the Upcoming Events widget, waited for a couple hours to be effective but I checked now and still nothing appears.
What should I do? As you can see https://mingotwo.wordpress.com/
I also tried to embed a google calendar but I’m not a big fan of the layout… I’d really prefer the widget to work out. Thanks for your help

(before you ask, the calendar is public on my google account)
(and I read carefully the support to make sure everything was fine…) -
I’m currently seeing an event under that widget as shown here:
Is that showing up on your side now as well? How many events to you have on the calendar currently?
-
Hi!
Indeed, I just saw it today! However, it was supposed to show 4 events and there’s only this one…
There are a few events in my calendar. -
I took a look at the calendar file and only see one item on it. Could you double check to make sure the other events you see are on your “Sorties de films et événements à venir” calendar and not one of your other calendars?
-
Hi there,
I double checked and the other events are on the right calendar. Still, they don’t appear on the website https://mingotwo.wordpress.com/
-
Actually I did some tests, and it looks like the other events were by default public, but I put them public directly and it seems to work!
Do you know if there is a way to edit the layout? Like rise the space between each event or increase the line between each one… the idea is to make each of them visible enough, now they look a bit tight to each other and it looks difficult to read and make the difference. I think.

The layout is part of the design of the Creative theme your site is using. You can use Custom CSS to customize your theme’s design, to make changes like that.
We have tips for getting started with CSS here:
If you’d like to see how other people customize their sites with CSS we also have a CSS Customization forum. It can be a great place to get ideas and help from others (including some volunteers with extensive CSS experience).
