How to find the maximum active (logged in) users on at one time
-
I am trying to find a way to determine the maximum number of active WordPress users logged in at one time. I’m working on a student site and want to determine loads, etc…
I’m not trying to track the individuals or what they are doing, I just want to know how many “active users” are on at one time.
I’m not looking for a lot of details, but it would be nice to know the peak times, days, etc…. but not a requirement.
Does anyone have any suggestions?
Also, has anyone ran into problems with large numbers of actively logged in users?
Thanks!

Hi there,
I do not see any sites under your @brome2day2 WordPress.com account when I check on our end. You can confirm by visiting this page: https://wordpress.com/sites.
Is it possible you created your site under a different login? Is it the case that you are using another provider like GoDaddy, Bluehost, Hostgator, etc. instead? What is the URL of the site you are needing help with?
Happy to check in our system so we can take a closer look.
