How to find Your Custom Content Types?

    I want to enable a unique Portfolio content type, but when I follow the step shown below I do not have “Your Custom Content Types”.

    The directions say
    “In your site’s dashboard, go to Settings → Writing → Your Custom Content Types and make sure the “Portfolio Projects” option is checked.”

    I can go to Settings –> Writing, but there is no “Your Custom Content Types for me…..

    What do I do?
