how to fix a plugin for a WP hosted site

I’m unable to log into Settings/ Plugins as it says my Jetpack needs to be updated but I’m unable to log in to update the jetpack or my site so I was told by Blue Host to contact WP on fixing the plugin so that I can log in. Any help with this would be amazing
