    Hi there,

    Do you mean template as in a WordPress theme?

    That would depend on the theme and exactly what’s broken.

    But that’s not something we can help with here – the forum you’re posting in now is for the hosting provider, WordPress.com. We can only help with sites hosted on our own servers, and our own themes found at WordPress.com/themes.

    If this is a third party theme that was downloaded somewhere on the web, your best option is to contact support for that theme directly. Or if it’s a custom-built theme and the original developer is no longer available, you can try the WordPress development forums over on WordPress.org:
