how to fix issue of plugin not installing

  I am getting “Could not create directory. /hermes/bosweb/web032/b321/ipg.nikoybanez/wp-content/plugins/job-manager/css” when I try to install the Job Manager plugin. How can I fix this?

  Sorry, you need to head over to the WordPress.org forums as that is where self-hosted wordpress blogs using the software from wordpress.ORG are supported.
