How to fix margins and make content fill full page width

I took a break from working on my website and I have forgotten how to do this. I want the content to fill the whole page and not be crowded into the middle.
I have a free plan and cannot edit the CSS, but I know this is possible because I set some of the site pages up like this previously.
Here is an example of how I want the page to look. You can clearly read the text in the screenshots here.
Here is how my latest page looks, which I just added. You can see that the text is very tiny.
How do I make my pages look like the old pages? Hopefully I can just copy some settings over, but I can’t fine them.

I figured out what I did. I resized the columns manually one at a time. I must have been insane when I did this. Never again.
