How to fix my checkout page

    Dear Sir/Madam ,
    Good day!
    Thank you very much for taking to open and read this letter.
    I have an issue with my word press checkout page anytime I am trying to place an order it just bring this ‘Error saving customer. Reason:
    ‘ and I have tried clearing the cache and all but no off it worked
