How to fix or delete a screwed up tag?

  I hosed up the spelling of a post tag (one too many caps letters) and I can’t figure out how to delete the tag. When I add the new, proper tag, it looks like it corrects the old one, but when I hit save it just goes back to the one I want to make go away.

  delete the wrong one first, then add in the correct one. Also, clear your browser cache to make sure you’re getting a fresh load of the page.
