How to fix Permission denied issue?

    Hello!

    I was making changes to the footer.php permission settings using the MiwoFtp plugin and now I get this error on the frontend:

    Warning: require_once(/srv/ink-blog/html/wp-admin/includes/plugin.php): failed to open stream: Permission denied in /srv/ink-blog/html/wp-content/plugins/ewww-image-optimizer/common.php on line 123 Fatal error: require_once(): Failed opening required ‘/srv/ink-blog/html/wp-admin/includes/plugin.php’ (include_path=’.:/usr/share/php:/usr/share/pear’) in /srv/ink-blog/html/wp-content/plugins/ewww-image-optimizer/common.php on line 123

    I’m also locked out the backend of the website and get this error: 403 – Forbidden. You don’t have permission to access /wp-admin on this server.

    I would appreciate any suggestions on how to fix this. Thank you very much for helping, in advance.

    WordPress.COM and WordPress.ORG are completely separate and have different logins, features, run different versions of some themes with the same names, and have separate support documentation and separate support forums. Read the differences here http://en.support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/
