How to fix slideshow header in Modularity Lite themed blog

  I have enjoyed the Modularity Lite theme for over a year. One of my favorite features is the slideshow header. However, a couple of weeks ago it stopped working. In its place is a blank space. I have since turned off the feature to get rid of the blank space. Has this happened to others using this theme? I wonder what I can do to get this feature back. Thanks very much for all that you do.

  Could you please make sure you’ve attached images to your posts that are at least 950 pixels by 425 pixels in size?
