how to fix the internal server error

  Hi! I have tried to fix the internal server error for several hours now, but can’t seem to find out anything new. I have done all the steps at this website: https://winningwp.com/fixing-the-internal-server-error-in-wordpress/. Is there anything you can do to help me and how do I contact my host for them to help me?
  Any help is appreciated very much!!

  Hi, is your site hosted with us? This account doesn’t have any sites listed, and typically only self-hosted sites get this error.

  These forums are actually for the sites hosted on our servers. Our installation can be quite different from what you have as your own WordPress installation at another host.
