How to fix the placement of my custom header?

  My custom header (aka logo image) is bumped down about 3/4 of an inch from where it should be, leaving white space on my page and my image intruding on my menu bar. Ive been messing around with padding and all sorts of stuff in my css styles, but I can’t seem to get it to fit in there properly. Anyone have any ideas?
