How to fix what has become two blog sites by accident when I changed my name.

    I sent a request for help trying to combine and restore my archives on two blogs I never intended. Only one.
    Plus, change my cover photo back to the original and my ‘about section’.
    Thus far, I have received no help–or even a response–from anyone, including WordPress staff/owner.
    PLEASE help me. I’m having significant problems which hampers and confuses, not only my readers, but me.
    I know it’s a complex problem. Is there no phone number where I can get some verbal help?
    Even written, at this point would be helpful, especially from the wordpress staff! Thank you. Patty
