How To Follow Blogs

I am a new user attempting to follow blogs for the first time.
I have looked at the support page and other resources online, but they all appear to date back to a previous version of the site. Most of them tell me to click the follow button on the bottom left of the blog I am interested in, but none of them have such a button. I have looked at countless blogs, but still, I am unable to find a button to follow them.
The search function allows me to find a blog, but again I can not see a button to press to ‘Follow’.
This may seem trivial, but it is extremely frustrating to a new user. Please, I would like to be able to use this site!

EDIT:
The blog posted at the bottom was not added by me, that was done by the form system. I need help following ANY blog, not my own blog.
The android app actually allows me to follow blogs with the “follow” button actually appearing.
To clarify, I can not find a “follow” button on the Reader using the PC Reader in the browser. Thanks for any help I can get!

If you’re logged in to WordPress.com then visiting the Reader and clicking on any post title you should see the “follow” button on the far left. I think the follow button is bottom right only if you visit sites directly rather than via the Reader.
