How to force text color changes site wide, for non them set colors?
-
Hello everyone!
I have a problem with text color on my sites posts.
For the last decade I’ve had the same theme and colors. I decided with a partial content/topic change it was time to change the theme too.
its always been a light background so all posts were formatted with black text. Now to change to a black background the text completely disappears.
the problem is, the posts were apparently made with a specified collor of black, not just the designated dynamic theme color, so it stays black no matter what the site wide/”all posts” template setting is!
so far the only way I can see to fix this is to edit each of a few thousand posts one at a time.
I hope that makes sense. Web design is not my thing, and I’m not sure what terms to use.
I’ve googled this endlessly to no avail, all tutorials just change the theme color settings, which only effects text that is set to the theme color.
an example is this post;

Text typed with the dynamic theme color changed to white with the new theme. Text with a “set” color of black, stayed black.
(I want a black background and white text, I have the tan set now so things are visible. )
So my question, is there a way to force the text on all posts to revert to the dynamic theme color? I.e; A site wide overide to any setting of specific permanent colors, without editing every single post individually?
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

As a side note, apparently there is no “edit post” in this forum?
really? how ironic for a forum run by blogging software lol.
So I can’t add the ‘e’ that autocorrect removed from “theme” in the title. How anoying! Thus my appologies for any futher format, spelling, etc errors.
