how to format text and change the size of my text within posts

    Hi there,
    I need to know how to format text and change the size of my text within posts. I managed to find the format toolbar and am able to change the color and so on, however, I do not see a button that allows me to change the size of my text.

    My second question is: How do I create another menu bar below my logo?
    I am not a premium user.
