How to frame pictures in the new image editing menu ?

  Hi,

  I can no longer frame images I post on my blog.

  Before, in the image editing menu, there was an option to either frame images, choose frame color or frame size before posting images.

  In the new image editing menu (from march 2014), this option now seems to have disappeared.

  Is there any way to make this option available again?

  Indeed the whole advanced editing seems to have disappeared along with the very useful function to set an image at a certain percentage.
  What happened to these functions and can we have them back please.
