How to get a backup file of content?

  need to get a backup file. We are intregrating blog into oakelectric.com website for google’s specs and need backup of content with images and videos so we can finish intergrating

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Hi there. You can create an XML export file of your blog’s content under Tools in the WP-Admin dashboard.

  You will see the export file does not contain copies of your media files, but only links to them. Once you import the export file to your new site it might transfer the media files automatically, but if it doesn’t you’ll have to do that yourself.
