How to get a 'dead domain'
-
Hello all.
I would like to ask to a user if he may give his wordpress.com domain, as he doesn’t post since 2008 and he has only two posts on his blog. The issue is that I haven’t been able to contact him, neither by e-mail or twitter…
So, what I want to ask is if there’s any way WordPress can solve this problem.
Thanx! Regards.

If there is no way to contact the blogger, then I’m afraid you will have to find another URL. WordPress staff don’t act as go-betweens here. But what you can also do is register any old URL and then get the Custom Domain upgrade to make your blog maquinasemiotica.com or whatever.
