How to get a deleted blog URL back?

Hi,
I’ve deleted my blog but I’d like to use its URL again. (I wanted to delete it in order to re-create it, but I cannot recreate a blog using the same URL…)
Is it possible to take the ownership of the adress back?
(URL of the blog was jeanbaptistehugon.wordpress.com)The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

You ignored multple warnings that deleting a blog URL is permanent and irreversible so no that is not possible.
Blog deletion is no easily accomplished. To prevent accidental or inadvertent deletion of blogs, there are multiple warnings given that blog deletion is permanent and irreversible. Lastly, a verification link is sent in an email and must be clicked to delete a blog. If clicking that link does not work then copy and paste it into your upper browser window and click. If you click the URL is gone forever.

Then if you wish to you can register a domain via a domain mapping upgrade because it does not matter what the underlying .wordpress.com address is when you are domain mapping.
