How to get a refund

    My renewal registration ended today and I got charged £99 for it. However I would like a refund as I stopped using this site long ago and totally forgot about the fee and the site doesn`t even work for me anymore, Nothing loads.

    Can someone help me please? As I cannot afford to have £99 to be taken out thank you.

    Also just to add when I look through my purchase history or even anything it says I have no billing history or subscriptions so i`m really confused.

    Hi there!

    The charge you mentioned was a renewal for the Premium plan and custom domain for littlemixstyleblog.com, you should be able to see details from https://wordpress.com/me/purchases/ when logged in to the correct account.

    I can see, however, that you’ve disputed that charged directly from PayPal so there’s nothing we can do until the dispute is closed. You can also cancel it at PayPal and get back to us here – you are still within the refund window so we can help you cancel and refund your purchase.

    Hi Thank you for getting back to me

    Yes I did contact Paypal regarding the transaction however no I can`t get back into my Paypal account because of the authentification and they arent ringing me back or anything which worries me. If you could do anything your end it would greatly appreciated.

    Paypal have closed the case and found that it was not unauthorised so if I can get some help from you guys to cancel it I would be much appreciated.

    PayPal has still not updated the dispute on our end.

    They may have informed you that the dispute is resolved, but we won’t be able to do anything until they push the update to us.

    We have no way to speed this up ourselves, but usually these things go through quicker if you handle them over the phone with PayPal:

    1-888-221-1161 from inside the U.S.

    1-402-935-2050 if calling from outside the U.S.
