How to get a refund on my guided transfer?

    I have absolutely no idea what I’m doing. I bought a guided transfer to switch back to my old “barcelonababbler.wordpress.com” site, and obviously that was not the right move since I have to get a host and everything. I’m trying to find where to submit for a refund, but I can’t find it anywhere! Can someone point me in the right direction?

    I have gone ahead and cancelled and refunded you for the guided transfer which you purchased recently.

    In regards to your blog name, I noticed that barcelonababbler.wordpress.com was your blog name previously and you changed your blog address. Since we do not recycle blog names, this address is no longer available I’m afraid.
