How to get a video to automatically play on the homepage

    Hello! Need your help :). We have our brand’s video that should autoplay once a visitor arrives to the site but we cannot figure out why it will not, is the file too large? Do we need to click autoplay button? If so, where is it? Thank you!!!!

    Hello there, I visited your site and the video autoplay is working. However, it seems that the loading is a bit slow perhaps due to the video size. Compressing the video into smaller size could be one of the solutions.

    I’m following up on the modlook tag. The video is also working for me.

    A few ideas would be to 1. try a different browser or 2. try a different connection. If the file size is large it may not load over a slow connection.
