How to get acces to the accounting service from a previous account

  We are able to manage a website previously managed by an other campany.

  We have to renew the WordPress premium plan but that’s look like imposible.

  We have an administrator account with full acess but we can’t access the accounting pageto manage credit card and else to renew the Premium plan.

  That blog and the upgrade is owned by someone else. I recommend that you have them contact us directly, and request that we transfer the upgrade to you, if you’ll be in charge of renewing it.
